Stephanie plays a pivotal role within a women-owned Real Estate Investment and Management company, serving as the Real Estate Advisor, Developer, and Portfolio Manager. Her responsibilities encompass the daily operations of properties, advertising, sales, and fostering customer communication.
Additionally, she spearheads property acquisition, tenant selection, lease maintenance, and advertises current properties. With an impressive 18 years in real estate and a background of over 30 years immersed in her family's diverse business portfolio since the age of 8, Stephanie boasts a wealth of experience. In her real estate career she has over 900 transactions and $50M in revenue. She has experience in Commercial, residential, renovations, and rentals.
Hailing originally from Northern Michigan but considering herself a Floridian, Stephanie spent her formative years in Charlotte County and graduated with Honors from Charlotte High School.
Her academic journey led her to the University of Florida, where she achieved both a B.S. and an M.S. in Nutrition.
During her time at the university, she engaged as a teacher's assistant for the College of Agriculture and imparted knowledge for GNC managers while securing an assistantship for research on Elderly Nutrition funded by Abbott Laboratories.
Simultaneously, she contributed to the Journal of the American Dietetics Association for her publication on Veterans, stress management, and Nutrition.
Driven by a desire to return to her hometown in Charlotte County and contribute to her family's business, Stephanie immersed herself in the real estate industry.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she cherishes time with her husband and two teenage kids.
Her leisure interests gravitate towards activities around water, hunting, gardening, culinary exploration, and adventurous travel.
Known as one of the top female scuba spearfisher- woman in Florida, Stephanie also holds the title of the largest Michigan Buck hunter in her family and advocates passionately for yoga and wellness.
